New halls and extensions

We offer a comprehensive solution of new halls and annexes to existing buildings, from design to actual construction. Based on the investor requirements and technical standards, we determine the most cost-effective framework type and façade concept.  Naturally, the construction project and production documentation for the steel framework and façade are included in delivery.

Steel frameworks are manufactured in our own production plant while ferroconcrete frameworks are supplied by selected long-term vendors.

Hall renovations 

For renovations of older hall buildings, we exploit our long-term experience with design and production of HARD-type buildings and a large number of buildings already constructed. Renovation projects include a technical assessment, a solution proposal, construction documentation and the actual construction works.

We also offer preventive inspections as per the ČSN 73 2601 standard. We asses the actual condition of your building and suggest measures to eliminate faults. We can also design the renovation project.
