Surface priming
Mechanical rust, paint and dirt removal in a high-pressure jet chamber. Workpieces are moved into a box using a rail carriage and then manually jet-cleaned. Such technology allows workpiece surfaces to be cleaned before painting, ensuring a better paint adhesion.
This surface processing is based on a jet agent (cast iron abrasive dust) being jetted at a high speed to the surface to be cleaned. Upon impact, dirt and rust is released from the surface. The pneumatic jet is powered by compressed air. Jetting can also be used to prime surfaces before further coating.
Jet working area: 14 x 6 x 4 m (45.9 x 19.7 x 13.12 ft).
